Kill, Scald, and Eviscerate:
$50/hog <140lb live weight
$90/hog >140lb live weight
Includes organ harvest
Butchering:
$.80lb/package weight for cuts
Standard butchering includes:
- Skin-on roasts
- 2 loin roasts
- 4 belly sections
- ~18 pork chops
- 4 trotters
- Hocks
- Hog head
- Spare and country ribs
Additional $.75/lb ground (minimum of 20 lbs ground)
All cuts will be wrapped with plastic and butcher paper for freezing.
